Benjamin is one of National Probate’s directors, responsible for all things “tech”. He also assists with the day to day operations of National Probate’s uncontested applications department, facilitating the granting of hundreds of probate, letters of administration and reseal applications across Australia.
Over the last 6 years Benjamin has helped create and design National Probate’s software and operation platform, allowing our estate solicitors and paralegals to manage the high volumes of applications, at high standards, being submitted to Australia’s various state Supreme Courts.
